Q1: Why is Geo-Tagging required?
A: It is mandatory under UCPMP 2024 to verify that doctor and chemist visits are genuine and compliant.
Q2: When is my location captured?
A: Your GPS is captured only once, at the exact moment you submit a Doctor Call, Chemist Call, or Mark Attendance. No other tracking occurs.
Q3: Does TrPharma track me after working hours?
A: No. There is absolutely no tracking beyond the moment you submit a call or activity. The location permission is active only inside the TrPharma app, not for your entire device.
Q4: Do you track my movement during the day?
A: No. There is no background tracking, no route tracing, and no passive GPS collection.
Q5: Is my privacy protected?
A: Yes. TrPharma follows DPDP Act 2023 and collects only the minimum required location data.
Q6: Why must I enable "Precise Location"?
A: Precise Location ensures the system captures the accurate clinic address. Approximate Location may show you several kilometres away and will be flagged for verification.
Q7: Will my TA/DA depend on Geo-Tag accuracy?
A: Yes. All TA/DA and fuel reimbursements are verified using submitted Geo-Tag coordinates.
Q8: Is Fake GPS allowed?
A: No. Using Fake GPS apps violates the IT Act and DPDP Act, and is treated as a compliance violation requiring disciplinary action.
Q9: Is the system secure?
A: Yes. We use an encrypted Next.js + MongoDB cloud system with strong access controls.
